For instance, how can a parent teach punctuation if they cant use a full stop to save their lives? I learned a lot from doing research on the internet. If I wanted, I could choose to read all day. In other words, rather than follow a set curriculum or a planned schedule, my mother allowed me to completely follow my own interests at home. I am well-educated and well-informed and very curious about the world. I am fifteen and have a high standard of literacy and numeracy. I find it very sad to read some of the negative comments about homeschooling.
